Our Story

Our journey began in 2024 with a straightforward vision: to buy a food trailer, hit the road, and cook delicious streetfood.

Fast forward two years, and we’re thriving in the dynamic, creative environment we’ve cultivated. Whether we are crafting mouth watering street food dishes for our trailer, designing exciting menus for our pop-up nights or making bespoke menus for weddings and events.

We are Blending our passion for travel and festival culture, into our unique Beatz Cookin style of food.

Gambian Domoda stew (v)

Rich flavourful peanut stew, with tomatoes and roasted root vegetables on basmati rice, topped with crushed peanuts

Mexican Honey Chipotle Chicken

Smoky charred chicken thighs, honey chipotle sauce, lime and hot honey

Brazilian Feijoada (v)

Roasted smoky red pepper and butternut squash black bean stew, sour cream, slice of lime and coriander.

Texan Pulled Pork Nachos
